Purpose & Vision of Camp
Psalm 78 : 5-7
For He established a testimony in Jacob
And appointed a law in Israel,
Which He commanded our fathers
That they should teach them to their children,
That the generation to come might know, even the children to be born,
That they may arise and tell them to their children,
That they should put their confidence in God
And not forget the works of God,
But keep His commandments.
Our goal at camp each year is to communicate to the kids that come that if they put their hope, confidence and trust entirely in God who created them, they will never be disappointed or filled with regret. We want to teach them to recognize God's instructions as given in the scripture and to quickly obey those instructions so that they can experience the blessing that comes from knowing the living God.
